Bios of new trustees
Gary Byfield
Partially retiring from police service and looking to get more involved in the New Milton community. Previous experience in governance of several charities where he lived before.
John Lay-Flurrie
At the end of my career as primary teacher, headteacher and head of district in the Midlands, we moved to New Milton 12 years ago.
As well as being an a volunteer adviser at CAB, I quickly became a supporter, and now ambassador, for the Honeypot Children’s Charity, and have supported the development of Milton Heritage Society , until recently as speaker secretary.
I have frequently attended events at the Memorial Centre and was a member of the management committee and volunteer barman until Covid struck.
